RECORD OF PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETING  CITY OF ARGO  Date: 07/06/2023 Time: 6:00PM Place: Municipal Complex July Zoning Meeting  The meeting was called to order. The invocation was given, and the pledge ofallegiance said by  all those in attendance. Roll Call (present): Lanie Kendrick Chase Gober Michael Stanley Bob Carter Randy Hettich Tom Suggs Betty Bradley Tommie Ebner  Board Members introduced themselves.  Tommie Ebner motioned to nominate Randy Hettich as Chairman of the Board. Bob Carter made a motion to nominate himself. A vote was taken. Randy Hettich was voted Chairman 5t to Mayor Bradley motioned to nominate Bob Carter for Vice Chairman of the Board. Mr. Carter Tom Suggs motioned to nominate Lanie Kendrick for Vice Chairman. Randy Hettich motioned to nominate Chase Gober Vice Chairman. A vote was taken. Lanie Kendrick was voted Vice Randy Hettich motioned to nominate City Clerk, Tommie Ebner as Secretary oft the Board. A Resolution 2023-002 Establishment of Rules of Order and Procedure was read by Secretary, Randy Hettich motioned toj pass Resolution 2023-002. Mayor Bradley seconded. A vote was Randy Hettich motioned to set Planning and Zoning Commission meetings to be held on the first  2 with Mayor Bradley abstaining.  declined.  Chair, 5to3.  vote was taken. All in favor. Tommie Ebner.  taken. All in favor. Motion carried.  July7,2023  1    Thursday of every month with the work session beginning at 5:00pm and the public meeting beginning at 6:00pm. Lanie Kendrick seconded the motion. A vote was taken. Alli in favor.  Motion carried.  A time for public comments was held.  Amotion was made to adjourn the meeting. All in favor. Meeting adjourned.
