The meeting was called to order. Roll Call (present): Beth King Michael Stanley Tom Suggs Matthew Vincent Mayor Betty Bradley Tommie Ebner, Secretary Lanie Kendrick, Vice Chair Randy Hettich, Chairman  Matthew Vincent made a motion to approve the meeting's agenda. Beth King seconded. Roll Call was Matthew Vincent made a motion to approve the minutes from the August 29, 2023, public hearing. Beth  taken. All in favor. Motion carried.  King seconded. Roll call was taken. All in favor. Motion carried. The board accepted the preliminary resources from GMC Engineers. A time for public comments was held. No public comments were made.
