587  AUTAUGA COUNTY COMMISSION STATE OF ALABAMA AUTAUGA COUNTY  REGULAR MEETING MINUTES  JUNE4,2024  ) () ()  The Autauga County Commission met at 5:00 p.m. on. JUNE 4, 2024.  The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Jay Thompson and Invocation was  given by Commissioner Rusty Jacksland.  Members present: Jay Thompson- Chairman  Rusty Jacksland John! L. Thrailkill  Also present:  Scott Kramer, TreasurerAdminstrator Kyle Shirley, County Attorney John Mark Davis, County Engineer  Amotion was made by Mr. Jacksland and seconded by Mr. Thrailkill to approve the Ar motion was made by Mr. Thrailkill and seconded by Mr. Jacksland to approve invoices received through. JUNE 4, 2024 and authorize the Chairman and TreasurerAdministrator toi issue warrants for payment thereof. Motion carried by unanimous vote oft the Commission.  minutes of the MAY 21, 2024 Regular Meeting.  Motion carried by unanimous vote oft the Commission.  Ar motion was made by Mr. Jacksland and seconded by Mr. Thrailkill to approve the  following items on the Consent Docket:  1.  APPROVAL FOR DESIGNATED PERSONNELTO. ATTEND' THE FOLLOWING: EXCEL COMPUTER: SKILLSTRAINING (FREE) JUNE: 12, 2024 Motion carried by unanimous vote oft the Commission.  RURALTRANSPORTATION  MONTGOMERY,AL  Ar motion was made by Mr. Thrailkill and seconded by Mr. Jacksland for approval to amend the following line item due to a check received from ACCA Insurance: 001-47905  $4,691.00 001-52100-234  2018 Durango  Vin#474471  Motion carried by unanimous vote of the Commission.  An motion was made by Mr. Jacksland and seconded by Mr. Thrailkill to approve the  FY2024 Rural Transportation Section 5311 Addendum. Application. Motion carried by unanimous vote of the Commission.  Ar motion was made by! Mr. Thrailkill ands seconded by Mr. Jacksland to approve a two-  step payi increase to Troy Cleckler, Truck Driver:  1. One year, one step for satisfactory service, DOH: 5/30/2023 2. ( Ones step for completed course work to upgrade to class ACDL Motion carried by unanimous vote of the Commission.  Ar motion was made by! Mr. Jacksland and seconded by Mr. Thrailkill to approve a one year, one step pay increase fors satisfactory service to Cody Kelley, Mechanic Apprentice,  DOH: 6/6/2023.  Motion carried by unanimous vote of the Commission.    588  AUTAUGA COUNTY COMMISSION Rusty Wood who resigned.  REGULARI MEETING MINUTES  JUNE 4, 2024  A motion was made by Mr. Thrailkill and seconded by Mr. Jacksland to approve the hire of Hoyt Painter, Solid Waste Officer, grade 9: step 10, effective 6/17/2024 to replace  Motion carried by unanimous vote of the Commission.
