VIII. Citizen Concern - Mrs. Janice Patterson had two concerns, Live Oak Lane Road maintenance plan. She was informed that this is a private road, and the city has a utility easement to repair and replace water and sewer lines only. Itis the property owner's responsibility to maintain this road. ABC: Sanitation - Mr. Charles Stewart, owner of ABC Waste of Savannah, Inc. presented: a Residential and Commercial Solid Waste and Recycling Proposal. The trash bins are $16.50 per bin, if customers want additional bins there is a discount and could run about $8.00 per month.
