Washington, Mayor Pro-Tem; Stanley E. Brown, Sr., Councilmember, Henry O. Stevens, Jr., Councilmember and Malcolm X. Williams,  Georgia by the Honorable Mayor Levern Clancy, Jr.  Councilmember. Officials Absent: None  Staff Attendance: Lynette G. Cook-Osborne, City Clerk The invitation was given by Mayor Clancy.  Pledge of Allegiance to the United States Flag was led by Mayor Clancy.  Approval oft the Agenda Mayor Pro-Tem Washington made the motion to approve the agenda with the addition ofa concerned citizen emergency. Councilman Stevens seconded the motion. The motion Hugo Boss Contract Councilmember Brown made the motion to approve the Hugo Boss Contract to assist with traffic control between 3:00 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. at the rate of $45.00 per hour minimum two hours per day Monday through Friday except for holidays listed in the contract. Councilmember Stevens Emergency Concern Citizen - Erica Jackson and Aron Jackson to make an arrangement on an $8,000.00-+ utility account balance. Mr. Chipp will complete a data profile on Tuesday morning and meet the landlord and Plumber at 115 CC Jones in the morning. Ms. Jackson will make a payment in the amount of $1,000.00 today and monthly payments of $250.00 plus regular monthly billing. This was agreed upon by the consensus of the  passed unanimously.  seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.  Council.  Executive Session (Personnel)  Mayor Pro-Tem Washington made the motion to hire Tiara Wright, as a police officer pending the open records information. Councilmember Brown seconded the motion.
