Mayor Pro-Tem Washington reminded the Mayor and Council about the peanut butter and jelly annual drive. She asked each board member to donate $125.00 each to purchase the peanut buttera and D. Washington, Mayor Pro-Tem; Stanley E. Brown, Sr., Councilmember, Henry O. Stevens, Jr., Councilmember and Malcolm X. Williams,  Georgia by thel Honorable Mayor Levern Clancy, Jr.  Councilmember. Approval of the Agenda - Mayor Pro-Tem Washington made the motion to approve the agenda with the addition ofa concerned citizen emergency. Councilman Stevens seconded the motion. Thei motion Hugo Boss Contract -Councilmember Brown made the motion to approve the Hugo Boss Contract to assist with traffic control between 3:00 p.m. -3 3:45 p.m. at the rate of$45.00 per hour minimum two hours per day Monday through Friday except for holidays listed in the contract. Councilmember Stevens Emergency Concern Citizen = Erica Jackson and Aron Jackson to make an arrangement on an $8,000.00+ utility account balance. Mr. Chipp will complete a data profile on Tuesday morning and meet the landlord and Plumber at 115CC. Jones in the morning. Ms. Jackson will make a payment in the amount of $1,000.00 today and monthly payments of $250.00 plus regular monthly billing.
