Park RTP Project; and WHEREAS, the City ofBrundidge: requires administrative services to1 manage RTP: Project No. WHEREAS, that the method of procurement for professional services for the RTP Program purposes is governed. by the Common Rule as revised by the Alabama Department of Economic and WHEREAS, ADECA's Policy Letter 1, Revision 9 states an applicant need not apply traditional procurement policies ifit chooses to contract with ai regional planning and development commission; and WHEREAS, the City of Brundidge" has chosen to utilize the services of the South Central Alabama Development Commission, the designated regional planning and development commission NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Brundidge does hereby enter into an agreement with the South Central Alabama Development Commission for the provision of administrative services of RTP Project No. 22-RT-53-01 grant funds Community Affairs (ADECA) in Policy Letter 1, Revision 9 (attached); and serving Pike County and its municipalities. fori improvements at Ramage Park.
