Farr Commissigher RESOLUTION NO. 2024-05D RANDOLPH COUNTY COURTHOUSE MASTERPLAN AND RENOVATIONS Randolph County, Wedowee, Alabama WHEREAS the Randolph County Commission has received American Recovery Act Funding to mitigate indoor air quality and public access and service issues at its County Government Facilities, and; WHEREAS the Randolph County Commission, the staff and public have identified a very real need for a Renovation to the existing Randolph County Courthouse and other Master Planned Facilities to accommodate improved indoor air quality and public access and segregation to comply with. ARPA Criteria associated with these identified needs, and; safer and cost-effective operations of County Government Facilities, and; WHEREAS this effort is required to better serve the public and staff through improved, WHEREAS the need has been studied in detail with respect to its feasibility, cost and WHEREAS the Commission, Departments, and Staff! have reviewed the 95% design Phase, Tentative Cost Estimate, and Details for this project in Public County Commission potential for safer, and improved operations and; meeting and; WHEREAS the design fori this 95% Design Phase has been completed, reviewed and THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Randolph County Commission does hereby authorize JMR+H Architecture, PC to proceed tot the 100% Design Level and acknowledges that the 95% Design and tentative Total Project Cost budget associated with the same is hereby approved by all parties and; approved this 27th day of May, 2024.
