Three spaces will be allotted on the Southwest corner of the Square for rental to Food Trucks with such spaces to be determined by the City on an as needed basis. b.The City reserves the right to change the location and number of allotted rental spaces. 2. Allocation of Allotted Spaces a. Food Truck spaces will be allocated to vendors on ai first-come, first-serve basis. b. In the event there are more than three vendors who apply for spaces on a given day, the City reserves the right to allocate spaces based on a lottery system on following days. C. At the time of application for the permit, Food Truck vendors may request a permit for up to five consecutive days with such permit fee as may be required, payable in d. In those instances where an approved event on the Square conflicts with the scheduled availability for the Food Truck spaces, the scheduled event shall have priority, and the City will not make Food Truck rental spaces available during the event. advance, for the number of days requested. 3. Permit Required. a. Food Truck vendors must register with the City's Code Enforcement Department to be eligible for rental space and be issued al Food Truck Rental Space Permit. b. The City shall require aj permit fee of $75 per day for rental ofal Food Truck space C. The City reserves the right to revoke any Food Truck vendor's permit in any instances of misconduct by the vendor, failure of the vendor to maintain cleanliness of the space, or failure of the vendor to maintain compliance with any element of this policy. 7.1 Policy Endorsement. All approved Food Truck vendors shall endorse this policy by signature. The original document shall be maintained by the Code Enforcement Department and acopy shall be provided to the vendor.
