Here are a couple requirements for thel IV-Er reimbursements 1) The County must be willingt to participatel ina al MOUV with the CYA to submit legali fees for parent counsel; 2) The children inp placement must be more than 50% eligiblet for IV-E. 3) Reimbursementi is made at FMAP rate, sot the entire cost willr not be reimbursed- and 4)1 the County cannot use thef funding for any other purpose other than enhancing Legal Representation forp parents.
