Administrator Mary Huston for updates on HR matters and vacant Motion by Commissioner Shives to reinstate Patti Hunsinger to the Clerk 1 position in the Public Defender's Office as temporary part-time with the possibility to be permanent, effective immediately and to continue advertising the position externally. Alli in favor. Commissioners met with CPA Mike Lamb with Wessel and Co. and Fiscal Administrator Lisa Beatty for the Second Budget Draft Review for 2024. Lamb presented a General Fund Budget Comparison of the 2023 and 2024 Budget Surplus for each Department and a 2024 Budget by Fund sheet. Lamb and Beatty will meet with Commissioners again for a verbal approval of the  $113,508.61. All in favor. county positions.  final draft of the 2024 budget.    276  Commissioners met with ChiefTax Assessor Melissa Gordon to discuss Personnel Matters. Motion by Commissioner Shives to accept a Retirement Letter from Carol Wright from her position of Property' Transaction Clerk in the Tax Assessment Office, effective March 31, 2024 Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve the 2024 Human Services Contract between The Fulton County Family Partnership, Inc. and the County of Fulton, effective January 1, 2024 Commissioners tabled the 2024 Holiday Schedule and Credit Card Approval for the IT  and to advertise internally. All ini favor.  through December 31, 2028. All in favor.  Department until the November: 14, 2023 meeting.  Commissioners signed al letter from the Sheriff's Department for approval ofi inmate physician  services and Salary Board minutes from the October 31, 2023 meeting.
