Meeting of Retirement Board Tuesday,  January 9, 2024 at the Commissioners Office  Board Members Present: Commissioner Randy Bunch, Commissioner Steven Wible, Commissioner Hervey Hann, Treasurer Bonnie Mellott Keefer, Chief Clerk Stacey Golden  Others Present: None  Motion by Commissioner Hann and Seconded by Treasurer Bonnie Mellott Keefer that Commissioner Bunch serve as Chairman of the Retirement Board for 2024. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch and seconded by Commissioner Hann that Commissioner Wible serve as Vice-Chairman of the Retirement Board for 2024. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch and Seconded by Commissioner Wible that Commissioner Hann serve as a member of the Retirement Board for 2024. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Hann and Seconded by Commissioner Wible that Treasurer Bonnie Mellott Keefer serve as Treasurer of the Retirement Board for 2024. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Hann and seconded by Commissioner Wible that Chief Clerk Stacey Golden serve as Secretary to the Retirement Board for 2024. All in favor. Denny Koons, Raymond James Financial, met with the Commissioners to update the status of the County's Retirement Investments and General Reserves Account. For the retirement portion, as of December 2023, the Market Value is $10,057,219.33 with an estimated annual income of $315,965.47 with a portion being invested back into mutual funds. The estimated current yield of funds is 3.02%. For the General Reserves Account, as of December 2023, the Market Value is $2,728,100.37 with an estimated annual income of  $54,123.56.
