May 9, 2024 Meeting Minutes Office of the County ofElk Commissioners Elk County, Ridgway, PA The County ofElk Commissioners met on' Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 10:00 AM, County of] Elk Courthouse Thomas G. Wagner Conference Room. The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance. Those present were Commissioners Matthew G. Quesenberry and Gregory J. Gebauer. Also present were. Request by CDBG,FY: 2022 Ridgway Borough Curb Cut Project (Long Street Area) Bid Opening. Recommendation for approval. Request by Elk County Conservation District, MOU with County of] Elk for shared goal ofc conserving natural resources in Elk County. MOU between County of Elk and Elk County Conservation District to fund an annual amount of $10,000 (for a 4-year period) to the District. These funds shall be dispersed by thel District to eligible andowner/operators to reimburse up to 80% of the cost of any eligible agriculture conservation plans, E & S plans, nutrient management plans, manure management plans and/or other state: recognized/required plans.
