Upon motion made by Mr. Boyd, seconded by Mr. Fields, the Town Council unanimously approved to go into closed session under Code Section 2.2-3711 (1) for the purpose of discussing personnel issues and interviewing community police officer candidates. Upon motion made by Mr. Boyd, seconded by Mr. Fields, the Town Council unanimously approved to return to regular session. Puckett full-time employment as a Community Police Officer with the Lebanon Police Department, upon accepting the employee work agreement and placed upon a one-year probationary period. The vote was as follows: Mr. Boyd, Aye; Mr. Bolling, Aye; Mr. Kegley, Aye; Mr.  Griffith, Aye; Ms. Jackson, Aye; Mr. Fields, Aye.  VIII. Upon motion made by Mr. Boyd, seconded by Mr. Fields, the Town Council unanimously approved to offer Ashley N. Bise full-time employment as a Community Police Officer with the Lebanon Police Department, upon accepting the employee work agreement, the three-year officer training agreement and placed upon a one-year probationary period. The vote was as follows: Mr. Boyd, Aye; Mr. Bolling, Aye; Mr. Kegley, Aye; Mr. Griffith, Aye; Ms. Jackson, Aye;  Mr. Fields, Aye.  IX. Upon motion made by Mr. Boyd, seconded by Mr. Kegley, the Town Council unanimously approved to employee Police Officer Jeffrey A. Tate, Jr. on a part- time basis should it be necessary.
