Mary Parham of the Russell County YMCA reported to the Town Council on the results of the management and operation of the Town ofLebanon Pool for the 2013 season. Mayor Dodi and Ms. Parham signed the agreement between the Town ofLebanon and the Russell County YMCA for the management and operation oft the Town ofLebanon Pool for the 2014 season. VIII. Public Request: A. Kelly Gilmer, manager oft the Gilmer farm, spoke on behalf of the Gilmer family to allow the Town additional access across the Gilmer farm by using an existing road and requested the Town toj prepare an easement for both parties to negotiate and endorse. IX. Town Manager's Report: Michael L. Duty, Town Manager, presented the Town Manager's report for the month ofDecember. Mr. Duty also advised the Town A. Mark A. Mitchell, Chiefof Police, presented the Police Department Report for Council that an updated zoning mapi is being developed. the month ofDecember. X. Town Attorney Report: None. XI. Old Business (Campbell Rezoning Request): Ms. Ann Monk was present and advised the Town Council that she was withdrawing her previous objection to the rezoning application and requested her Upon motion made by Mr. Boyd, seconded by Mr. Fields, the Town Council unanimously approved to rezone all oft the R-2 Residential property along the south side of] Pioneer Drive to Commercial, to extend the Commercial line along the south side of Pioneer Drive and to end the rezoning at the east side of the current Monk property, which will remain zoned as R-2 Residential.
