Prayer: Mr. Thomas Messick, Lebanon Baptist Church  Pledge of Allegiance Edit for items not on the agenda:  Upon motion made by Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Kegley, the agenda was unanimously approved. The vote was as follows: Mr. Boyd, Aye; Mr. Kegley,Aye; Mr.  Griffith, Aye; Ms. Jackson, Aye; Mr. Fields, Aye. Edit and approve minutes from the 02/09/15 council meeting:  V.  Upon motion made by Mr. Kegley, seconded by Mr. Fields, the minutes from the 02/09/15 council meeting were unanimously approved. The vote was as follows: Mr. Boyd, Aye; Mr. Kegley, Aye; Mr. Griffith, Aye; Ms. Jackson, Aye; Mr. Fields, Aye.  VI.  Approve accounts payable for the month of February:  Upon motion made by Mr. Boyd, seconded by Mr. Kegley, the accounts payable for the month of February were unanimously approved. Town Manager's Report: Mr. Duty presented the town manager's report for the month of  Mayor Dodi commended the town employees for their diligent work during the extreme A. Police Department Report: Mr. Mitchell presented the police department report for  weather conditions.  the month ofFebruary. Town Attorney Report: None. Old Business: None. New Business: None.  IX. X. XI. XII. XIII.  Committee Reports and Recommendations: None.  Enter closed session: 6:06. P.M.  A. Upon motion made by Mr. Boyd, seconded by Mr. Kegley, the Town Council unanimously voted to go into closed session under Code Section 2.2-3711 for the purpose of discussing (1) personnel and (7) legal issues. Upon motion made by Mr. Fields, seconded by Mr. Kegley, the Town Council unanimously voted to return to regular session. Upon motion made by Mr. Boyd, seconded by Mr. Kegley, the Council unanimously voted to employ Wanda Mitchell as an office clerk on a full-time basis, toi include a one- year probationary period, beginning March 16, 2015 to replace office clerk, Tammy Lasley, upon her retirement. Employment will be conditional upon the acceptance oft the employee work agreement. The vote was as follows: Mr. Boyd, Aye; Mr. Kegley, Aye;  Mr. Griffith, Aye; Ms. Jackson, Aye; Mr. Fields, Aye.  XVI. Upon motion made by Mr. Boyd, seconded by Mr. Kegley, the Council unanimously  voted to employ Roger Francisco as maintenance foreman on a: full-time basis, toi include aone-year probationary period, beginning April 1,2015 to replace maintenance foreman, Elmer Tankersley, upon his retirement. Employment will be conditional upon the acceptance of the employee work agreement. The vote was as follows: Mr. Boyd, Aye; Mr. Kegley, Aye; Mr. Griffith, Aye; Ms. Jackson, Aye; Mr. Fields, Aye.  XVII. Mayor Dodi informed the Council that the June 18, 2015 Warm Nights Cool Tunes event  held at the Lebanon Farmer's Market has been chosen to bei included in the 2015 Crooked Road Tour. He advised that the band, Jeff Brown & Still Lonesome, has been  booked to perform.  XVIII. Upon motion made by Mr. Boyd, seconded by Mr. Kegley, the Council unanimously  voted to adjourn.
