Monk Pledge of Allegiance Edit for items not on the agenda:  Upon motion made by Mr. Fields, seconded by Mr. Kegley, the agenda was unanimously approved. Jackson, Aye; Mr. Kegley,Aye; Edit and approve minutes from the 06/13/16 regular council meeting, the 06/20/16 reconvened Upon motion made by Ms. Jackson, seconded by Mr. Kegley, the minutes from the 06/13/16 regular council meeting, the 06/20/16 reconvened meeting and 07/01/16 organizational meeting were unanimously approved with the 07/01/16 organization meeting minutes, item XVII, being edited to reflect that Mr. RD Snead was appointed as a member, instead of chairman, ofthe Lebanon Planning Commission. June:  Upon motion made by Fields, seconded by Mr. Kegley, the accounts payable for the month of June were unanimously approved. Town Manager's Report:  Mr. Duty presented the town manager'si report for the month of] June.  A. Police Department Report:  Sgt. Monk presented the police department report for the month of. June.  IX. X.  Town Attorney Report: None. New Business:  A. Conditional Use Permit Violation:  The Council reviewed the conditional use permit issued on November 11, 2008 tol Mr. Benjamin Grizzle for the property located at 43 Gilbert Street and found Mr. Grizzle out Upon motion made by Mr. Ferguson, seconded by Mr. Fields, the Council unanimously voted to revoke the conditional use permit issued on November 11, 2008 to Mr. Benjamin Grizzle for the property located at 43 Gilbert Street and to authorize Mr. Tiller to notify Mr. Grizzle of the revocation. The vote was as follows: Mr. Ferguson, Aye; Ms. Jackson, Aye; Mr. Kegley, Aye; Mr. Boyd, Aye; Mr. Fields, Aye; Mr. Gilmer, Aye.  ofcompliance with the conditions oft the permit.  B. Small Assets Purchasing Policy:  Upon motion made by Mr. Kegley, seconded by Mr. Fields, the Council unanimously voted to adopt Policy # 2016-01 Small Assets Purchasing Policy. The vote wasa as follows: Mr. Ferguson, Aye; Ms. Jackson, Aye; Mr. Kegley, Aye; Mr. Boyd, Aye; Mr.  Fields, Aye; Mr. Gilmer, Aye.  XI.  Old Business:  A. Delinquent Business Licenses  Upon motion made by Mr. Kegley, seconded by Mr. Fields, the Council unanimously voted to authorize Mr. Tiller to initiate al lawsuit against businesses with unpaid business license fees for 2015 and earlier years. The vote was as follows: Mr. Ferguson, Aye; Ms. Jackson, Aye; Mr. Kegley, Aye; Mr. Boyd, Aye; Mr. Fields, Aye; Mr. Gilmer, Aye. Upon motion made by Ms. Jackson, seconded by Mr. Kegley, Mr. Tiller was unanimously authorized to send collection notices tol businesses with unpaid 2016 business license fees. The vote was as follows: Mr. Ferguson, Aye; Ms. Jackson, Aye; Mr. Kegley, Aye; Mr. Boyd, Aye; Mr. Fields, Aye; Mr. Gilmer, Aye.  B. Property Maintenance Ordinance:    Upon motion made by Ms. Jackson, seconded by Mr. Gilmer, the Council unanimously voted tol hold aj public hearing at a joint meeting of the Lebanon Town Council and the Lebanon Planning Commission on August 8, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. at the Lebanon Town Hall for the purpose of! hearing and considering public comments on the proposed Derelict Buildings and Nuisances ordinances. The vote was as follows: Mr. Ferguson, Aye; Ms. Jackson, Aye; Mr. Kegley, Aye; Mr. Boyd, Aye; Mr. Fields, Aye; Mr. Gilmer,  Aye.  XII.  Committee Reports and Recommendations:  A. Ms. Jackson informed the Council that, during the June 13, 2016 Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting, the committee discussed developing the recently donated Main  Street property into ai town park.  XIII. Recess: 6:35 P.M. XIV. Resume: 6:40P.M.  XV. Ms. Jackson, Parks and Recreation Committee Chairwoman, called a meeting of the Parks & Recreation Committee for July 25, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. and requested that Mr. Duty prepare  preliminary drawings oft the park to present at the meeting.  XVI. Personnel:  A. 20161 Employee Picnic:  Upon motion made my Mr. Kegley, seconded by Mr. Ferguson, the Council unanimously voted to schedule the 20161 Employee Picnic for August 9 at 6:001 P.M. with Bonanza Steakhouse catering the event.
