Committee Reports and Recommendations: A. Mr. Gilmer updated the Council regarding the 03/07/16 Downtown Revitalization Project visioning session. XIV. Enter closed session: 6:141 P.M. A. Upon motion made by Mr. Boyd, seconded by Mr. Griffith, the Town Council unanimously voted to go into closed session under Code Section 2.2-3711(1) for the purpose of discussing personnel issues. Stiltner as a patrolman on a: full-time basis effective April 1, 20161 upon acceptance of the employee work agreement and a one-year probationary period.
