Lebanon Town Council Special Meeting New Construction Parking Lot Lebanon, VA Tuesday, September 19, 2017 5:00P P.M.  Council Members Present: J.C.E Boyd, Vice Mayor  J. Mr. Duty discussed the need for moving the road to square up the two lots. Upon motion made by Ms. Jackson, seconded by Mr. Kegley, to proceed with moving road to square up the two The roll call vote as follows: Mr. Boyd, Nay; Mr. Kegley, Aye; Ms. Jackson, Aye; Mr. Gilmer, The Council discussed the status oft the Gazebo and markings at the Old Mill Park, no motion  parking lots at the ballfield. Upon motion made by Mr. Kegley, seconded by Ms. Jackson, toi install a showroom and enclose with glass at the Lebanon Fire Department. Discussion by the Council about different types of Upon discussion, modified motion was made by Mr. Kegley, seconded by Ms. Jackson, the council unanimously voted to get price quotes for the glass at the Fire Department. The vote was as follows: Mr. Boyd, Aye; Mr. Kegley, Aye; Ms. Jackson, Aye; Mr. Ferguson, Aye; Mr.  enclosures and need for getting price quotes.  VI.  Gilmer, Aye.  VII.
