Resolution: Constitution Week Proclamation Ms. Pat Gray requested that the Council declare September 17-23, 2017 as Constitution Week. Doro Martin, on behalfoft the POW: 50 State Flag Tour group, spoke concerning thel kick-off POW ceremony and parade scheduled for September 23, 2017. Angela Carpenter, Chamber of Commerce director, requested that the council waive the peddler's license fee for events that the Chamber hosts. Town Manager's Report: Mr. Duty presented the Town Manager's report for the month of August. A. Weapons, Sections 34.57 oft the Lebanon Town Code: This section shall not, however, be construed toj prohibit the use of any such instrument or within private property withj permission of the owner or legal possessor ofthe property when on conducted with reasonable care to prevent a projectile from crossing the boundaries of the property, pursuant to the Code of Virginia 1950, as amended 15.2-915.4.
