Ms. Donna Meade, chairwoman oft the Russell County Health Coalition, presented the Council with ai note oft thanks for their support ofthe 2016 Russell County Health Fair. Ms. Meade also requested permission to utilize an area ofN Main Street for a Farm to Table dinner which would primarily serve as a fundraiser for the Russell County Health Coalition. Mayor Dodi requested that Ms. Meade discuss her plans with Mr. Duty and Mr. Mitchell to determine the optimal location for this event and to ensure that travel for citizens and B. Mr. Jackie Gilbert and veterans oft the VFW Post 9864 presented aj plaque to the Council in appreciation for their support and generous work on the new VFW building at the Russell Lebanon Downtown Revitalization Project - Community Planning Partners, Inc. Design Plan Mr. Craig Wilson ofCommunity Planning Partners, Inc. and Mr. Nathan Harbin ofHarvey Design Land Architects presented aj proposed downtown master plan and design ideas for the Lebanon Downtown Revitalization Project. Mr. Harbin also presented several design options for emergency personnel is not hindered. County Veterans Memorial. X. Presentation: the Old Mill Park. XI. Capital Assets: A. Upon motion made by Mr. Boyd, seconded by Mr. Kegley, the Council unanimously voted to approve the purchase of three (3),20171 Ford Utility AWD Police Interceptors from Sheehy Auto Stores, at a cost of$31,570.00 per vehicle, in accordance with the USDA Rural Development Grant from which the Town will be reimbursed $50,000.00. Upon motion made by Mr. Fields, seconded by Mr. Kegley, the Council unanimously voted to approve the purchase ofa 2016 Pierce Freightliner Pumper Fire Truck from Atlantic Emergency Solutions, Inc. for $299,898.00 pursuant to the' Texas Interlocal Cooperative Act contract for cooperative state purchasing.
