Joint Meeting  Bicentennial/Event Committee and Downtown Revitalization Committee Wednesday, November 20, 2019 Lebanon Town Hall 5:001 P.M.  Committee Members Present:  Nelson A. "Tony" Dodi, Chairman Bicentennial/Mayor A. Doyle Fields, Member/Council Member DeAnna C. Jackson, Member/Counci Member Mary Stanley, Member/Council Member J.E Hassel Kegley, Member/ Council Member Scott. J. Gilmer, Member/Council Member Kevin B. Ferguson, Member/Council Member Mark. A. Mitchell, Ex-Officio Member/Town Manager  I.  The meeting was called to order by Mr. Nelson A. "Tony" Dodi, Chairman. II. The Event Committee discussed the 2020 brochure, Mary Stanley is meeting with Amber Amburgey. She should have a draft by the December gth Council Meeting. The brochures should be ready to mail out to the Town Citizens by mid-January. III. The Event Committee discussed the Cleverlys show, they agreed to charge a fee of$5 IV. The Bicentennial Committee discussed choices for the 20191 Parade Marshal. They agreed to keep the decorations up on the LMS stage for the choir concert on  fore each ticket.  December 10, 2019.  V. The Bicentennial Committee discussed the Christmas Festival items: food trucks, Santa and Mrs. Claus will be set up in the LMS auditorium, vendors will set up on the LMS lawn, DJ will provide music during the event and LHS choir will sing some  Christmas songs.  VI. Mr. Gilmer updated the Downtown Revitalization Committee that seven (7) ofthe facades are ready to bid out. The committee agreed to place the Christmas wreaths  over the sidewalks. VII.
