Joint Meeting Bicentennial Committee & Parks & Recreation Committee Monday, April 15,2019 Lebanon Town Hall 4:301 P.M.  Committee Members Present:  Nelson A. "Tony" Dodi, Chairman Bicentennial/Mayor DeAnna C. Jackson, Chairwoman /Council Member Mary Stanley, Member/Council Member J. Hassel Kegley, Member/ Council Member A. Doyle Fields, Member/Council Member Scott J. Gilmer, Member/Council Member Kevin B. Ferguson, Member/Council Member Mark A. Mitchell, Ex-Officio Member/Town Manager  I.  The meeting was called to order by Mr. Nelson A. "Tony" Dodi, Chairman. II. The Parks & Recreation Committee discussed the gymnasium ideas to extend  benches in the women's locker room, pump room, cabinets below sink in the meeting room, scoreboard, double stainless steel in concession and cabinets under counteri in  concession.  III. The committee discussed about financing the gymnasium, director for gym,  developing aj job description for director, operating cost for gym and public hearing. IV. The committee discussed a Spearhead walking trail from the Catholic Church to Pals. V. The Bicentennial Committee discussed the Town Wide Yard Sale and Food Trucks  VI. Adjourn: 6:15P.M.  2AB Nelson.
