Bicentennial Committee Meeting Monday, February 11,2019 Lebanon Town Hall 4:00 P.M.  Committee Members Present:  Nelson A. "Tony" Dodi, Chairman/Mayor DeAnna C. Jackson, Member/Counci Member Mary Stanley, Member/Council Member J.H Hassel Kegley, Member/ Council Member A. Doyle Fields, Member/Council Member Scott. J. Gilmer, Member/Council Member Kevin B. Ferguson, Member/Council Member Mark A. Mitchell, Ex-Officio Member/Town Manager  I.  The meeting was called to order by Mr. Nelson A. "Tony" Dodi, Chairman. II. The committee discussed The Cleverlys event, show times are 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. and the meet & greet time to be determined. DeAnna needs three tables and chairs at the  school.  III. The committee discussed the Bicentennial 51 K registration beginning at 9 a.m. with 5 IV. The committee discussed Kid's Day event beginning at 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. There will be inflatables, face painting, Joseph Young Illusionist, goodie bags and food  Kat 10a.m. The town police will escort the run.  trucks.
