Prayer: Mr. Mitchell Pledge of Allegiance CARES Act Local Stimulus Fund Mayor Dodi advised the council that he & Mr. Mitchell had met with Lonzo Lester, Russell County Administrator, concerning the funds from the Federal CARES Coronavirus The amount allotted tot the Town ofLebanon is $278,343, which is based on the Town's ReliefFund. population. In order to receive the funds, the Town Council must approve the CARES Upon motion made by Mr. Fields, seconded by Mr. Gilmer, the Town Council voted to request funds from the Federal CARES Coronavirus Relief Fund and all unanimously monies requested are to be in compliance with the directives oft the fund for qualifying government.
