MINUTES  FORSYTH COUNTY CIVIL SERVICE BOARD THURSDAY, MARCH 14, 2024, AT 10:00 A.M. FORSYTH COUNTY PUBLIC SAFETY COMPLEX 3520 Settingdown Road, Cumming, GA 30028  REGULAR MEETING  Present: Jerry Bowman, Chairman; Terry Smith, Vice Chairman; Jack Allen, Alternate Member;  Richard Neville, Counsel; Kathy Echols, Clerk Absent: John Mullin, Member  I.  Call Meeting to Order  Chairman Bowman called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.  II. Adoption of Agenda  There was ai motion by Mr. Smith to adopt the agenda with a second by Mr. Allen.  Motion passed unanimously. III. Adoption of Minutes  Regular Meeting - February 15, 2024  There was ai motion by Mr. Allen to adopt the minutes oft the February 15, 2024, meeting as presented with a second by Mr. Smith. Motion passed unanimously.  IV. Items for consideration and discussion:  (1) Attorney Updates - Richard Neville, General Counsel/Fearing Officer (2) Administrative Updates - Kathy Echols, Civil Service Board Clerk  There were no updates.  Ms. Echols stated she had distributed the Civil Service Manual Revised January 18,  2024.  VI. Executive Session VII. Adjourn  No Executive Session was held.  There was ai motion by Mr. Smith to adjourn the meeting with a second by Mr. Allen. Motion passed unanimously.
