HEARD COUNTY PUBLIC HEARING  TO THE CITIZENS OF HEARD COUNTY  Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by The Heard County Board OfCommissioners on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. It will be held at the Heard County Administration Building in the Commission Chamber, located at 201 Park Avenue, Franklin, Georgia. The purpose of this public hearing is to add text amendments to the Heard County Solar Energy or Solar  Farm Ordinance.
