September 11, 2023 Wexler Challenge    submitted by Lori Wexler received by the Elections Office on September Challenger Wexler was present for the meeting and shared with the Board regarding the names on the challenged voter list that she had chosen the precinct randomly and had used a voter roll under six months old. She stated she researched the voters using tax assessment records, court records, obituaries, tax bills, Secretary of State offices from other states Ms. Wexler stated she did not know anyone personally on the challenged Vice Chairman Natt with a second from Secretary Radzikinas made a motion to dismiss from the challenge the following voters because they  11, 2023. Member Tucker read into the minutes the National Voting Rights Act (NVRA) Section 8 2B(d) and said the Board is not following the law's requirements to wait two federal election cycles after notifying a voter they  will be removed.
