Call Meeting to Order  Chairman Perry called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.  II. Adoption of Agenda  There was a motion by Terry Smith with a second by Jerry Bowman to adopt the agenda  as presented. Motion passed unanimously.  III. Adoption ofN Minutes  Regular Meeting - February 9,2023 as presented. Motion passed unanimously. IV. Items for consideration and discussion:  There was a motion by Jerry Bowman with a second by Terry Smith to adopt the minutes  (1) Attorney Updates - Richard Neville, General Counsel/Hearing Officer (2) Administrative Updates - Kathy Echols, Civil Service Board Clerk  There were no updates.
