Forsyth County Board of Voter Registrations & Elections  June 21, 2022 General Primary Runoff Certification Meeting June 24, 2022 at 5 p.m. Voter Registrations & Elections Office 1201 Sawnee Drive, Cumming, GA 30040  MINUTES  Present at the meeting: Barbara Luth, Chairman Joel Natt, Vice Chairman Carla Radzikinas, Secretary Dan Thalimer, Assistant Secretary Anita Tucker, Member Mandi Smith, Director  Stephen Joyce, Coordinator - Voter Registration and Absentee Jamain Whyce, Coordinator = Elections qupmentwarenouse  Carol Balcome, Assistant to the Director Karen Pachuta, Attorney, Jarrard & Davis  I.  Call Meeting to Order  Chairman Luth called the meeting to order at 5 p.m.  II. III.  Pledge of Allegiance Adoption of Agenda  Vice Chairman Natt with a second from Assistant Secretary Thalimer made a motion to adopt the agenda as prepared by staff. Motion carried unanimously.  IV.  Review of Provisional Ballot(s)  Director Smith presented the Board with the first set of provisional ballot voters. This is a list of 19 provisional voters coded as Out of Precinct (OP). These are voters who are registered to vote in Forsyth County but who voted at a different polling location besides their assigned polling location after 5 p.m. on Election Vice Chairman Natt with a second from Member Tucker made a motion to accept and duplicate provisional ballots for Voters #1-19 on this list. Motion Director Smith then presented a list with provisional Voter #20 coded as provisional ballot type PR. The voter was marked in ENet as voting a Republican Ballot Type during the May 24, 2022 General Primary and Non-Partisan General  Day.  carried unanimously.    Election. The voter stated she had voted a Democratic Ballot Type in the May 24, 2022 General Primary and Non-Partisan General Election. The voter application confirmed the voter had selected the Democratic Ballot Type. Member Tucker with a second from Assistant Secretary Thalimer made a motion to accept the provisional ballot for Voter #20. Motion carried unanimously.  V.  UOCAVA Ballot Report 24, 2022 deadline. cure deadline.  Director Smith reported we received no additional UOCAVA ballots by the June Director Smith then stated there are 5 absentee ballots to process that met the  VI.  Processing of Provisional & UOCAVA Ballots  Vice Chairman Natt with a second from Member Tucker made a motion to recess the meeting at 5:08 p.m. for the processing of provisional and absentee  ballots. Motion carried unanimously. Certification of Election Results  VII.  Chairman Luth called the meeting back to order at 5:54 p.m.  Chairman Luth provided a review oft the Official and Complete Election Summary. Vice Chairman Natt with a second from Member Tucker made a motion to accept the Certification Report for the June 21, 2022 General Primary Runoff.  Motion carried unanimously.  VIII. Adjourn  Vice Chairman Natt with a second from Member Tucker made a motion to adjourn at 5:59 p.m. upon completion of certification. Motion carried  unanimously.
