BOARD OF TAX ASSESSORS CALLED MEETING June 29, 2022  On Wednesday, June 29, 2022, the Forsyth County Board of Tax Assessors held a called meeting with the following persons present: Gerald Sullivan, Vice-Chairman; Jason May, Member; David Mancuso, Member; and Kathy Autry, Member; Lisa Lewis, Personal Property Appraiser; Kale Martin, Specialized Assessment Appraiser; and Trassa  Quarles, Secretary to the Board.  ITEMI-CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER Vice-Chairman Sullivan called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.  ITEMII-INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE  Invocation was given by Mr. Martin.  ITEM III - ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA  There was a motion by Mr. Mancuso to adopt the agenda, as amended: ADD: ITEMV VI-B-3-D-C24-0324-032-MeGruder Motion was seconded by Mr. May. Motion carried unanimously.  ITEMIV-A ADOPTION OF MINUTES FROM MAY 12, 2022, REGULAR MEETING  There was a motion by Mr. May to adopt the minutes of the regular meeting and executive session from the May 12, 2022, meeting, as presented to the Board, with the remaining Board Members. Motion was seconded by Mr. Sullivan.  Motion carried unanimously.  ITEMV-ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN AND VICE-CHAIRMAN (due to expired terms)  Chairman - Mr. May nominated Mr. Sullivan. Nomination was seconded by Mr. Mancuso. Vice-Chairman - Mr. Sullivan nominated Mr. May. Nomination was seconded by Mr. Mancuso.  With no other nominations, there was a motion by Mr. May to close nominations and elect the officers as nominated.  Motion was seconded by Mr. Mancuso. Motion carried unanimously. ITEM VI-H HEATH POPE, PROPERTY OWNER, 095-133  Mr. Pope did not attend. There was a motion by Mr. May to remove this item from the Agenda. Motion was seconded  by Mr. Mancuso. Motion carried unanimously. ITEM VII - NEW BUSINESS ITEM A - PERSONAL PROPERTY  ITEM1-2 2022 ASSESSMENT NOTICES  There was ai motion by Mr. Mancuso to approve and mail the 2022 Personal Property Assessment Notices, as presented  to the Board. Motion was seconded by Ms. Autry. Motion carried unanimously. Motion carried unanimously.  There was a motion by Mr. Mancuso to approve the Exempt Property applications, as presented to the Board. Motion was seconded by Ms. Autry. 037-001 - James - There was a motion by Mr. Mancuso to approve the application. Motion was seconded by 052-032-1 Frix  There was a motion by Mr. Mancuso to approve the application. Motion was seconded by Ms. Autry.  Mr. Sullivan. Motion carried unanimously.  Mr. Mancuso. ITEM3-1 REQUEST TO END CONSERVATION USE  a) 110-010, 110-011, and 110-012- Kliros b) C24032-MeGruder  There was a motion by Mr. Mancuso to approve each request to end the covenant.
