REGULAR COUNCILI MEETING  March 1, 2021 5:301 P.M.  The Haleyville City Council met in Regular Session in the Courtroom at the  5:30 P.M. onl March 1,2021. Attorney Jeff Mobley provided the invocation. Haleyville City Hall at Mayor Ken Sunseri called the meeting to order and stated the following members were present: Mayor Ken Sunseri, Councilmember Brian Berry, Councilmember Drew Thrasher, Councilmember Bluel Russell, Councilmember Jonathan Bennett, and Councilmember. Julie "Boo" Brooks. Acting City Clerk Christy Harbin and Attorney Jeff Mobley were present. Councilmember. Jonathan Bennett made a motion fora approval oft thel Regular Council Meeting minutesofFebruary: 22, 2021 and] hisi motion was seconded! by Councilmember. Drew Thrasher. Mayor Sunseri asked all members of the council in favor to indicate by saying yea and all members voting were: Mayor Ken Sunseri, Councilmember Brian Berry, Councilmember Drew Thrasher, and Councilmember Julie "Boo" Brooks. Abstain- Councilmember Blue Councilmember Drew Thrasher made a motion for immediate consideration for approval of Resolution #2021-06 approving Tim Steien a monthly retirement stipend in the amount of $600.00 per month for 36 consecutive months beginning with January 2022 and continuing thereafter until paid and Councilmember Julie "Boo" Brooks seconded the motion.
