Chairman Pelton asked if there were any revisions for the agenda. Hearing none, Chairman Pelton continued with  consent agenda.  The Board continued with the Consent Agenda items:  Approval of the Minutes of thel February 1, 2022 meeting.  Acknowledge receipt ofthel Landfill Supervisor's report for the month ofJanuary, 2022. Acknowledge receipt ofthe Sheriff's Fee report for themonth of January, 2022. Acknowledge receipt ofthe Clerk and! Recorder's report fort the month ofJanuary, 2022. Acknowledge receipt ofthe Treasurer's Report for. January, 2022.  Acknowledge receipt oft the Treasurer's Semi-Annual Financial Report for the period July 1, 2021 through  December 31,2021.    Consideration of the pomnimenlre-appommen. of members to the following advisory boards:  Logan County Planning Commission: Appoint Patrick Steward as an Alternate and Reappoint John] Iven, Logan County Board of Adjustment: Reappoint John Iven forthree-year term to expire January 31,2025. Logan County Lodging Tax Board: Appoint Dave Greeno for a three-year term to expire. January 31, 2025 and Reappoint DavidJ. Conley and) Lana Hahn: for three-year terms to expire January 31,2025. Appointment of Robert Hendrix and Lisa Leeman to Logan County Fair Board in the Event Seating Commissioner Bauder moved to approve the Consent Agenda. Commissioner McBride seconded and the motion  Dave Whitney for three-year terms to expire January 31,2025.  Coordinator position, with Robert Hendrix as the voting Fair Board Member.  carried 3-0.  Chairman Pelton continued with New Business:  Commissioner Bauder moved to approve thel bidi forthep purchase of onei newtandem axle, heavy duty diesel conventional truck tractor chassis for use with a belly dump trailer to Transwest Truck Trailer RV in the amount of $128,989.00. Commissioner McBride moved to approve oft the bid for the purchase of one new tandem axle, heavy duty diesel dump truck to Transwest Truck Trailer RV. The proposal was for a Freightliner 114SD 2023 Model for $161,638.00. Commissioner Bauder moved to approve theLoganCounty, Lodging" Tax Board Project: The Sportsman's Experience inthe Commissioner McBride moved to approve an agreement between Logan County and Xcel Energy andi issuance ofRight ofWay Permit Number 2022-2 for the use of the County Right of Way for installation of new Residential Electriçal Commissioner Bauder moved to approve. Resolution 2022-12allocating ther remaining funding provided by the American Rescue Plan. Act of2021 for the replacement ofl lost revenue and for the support ofa aj public health response due to the COVID-19 pandemic for Logan County. Commissioner McBride seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Commissioner Baudermovedi to approve the Energy Performance Contract with Milling LLC and allow the Chairman to  Commissioner McBride seconded and the motion carried 3-0.  Commissioner Bauder seconded and the motion carried 3-0.  amount of$4000.00. Commissioner McBride seconded and the motion carried 3-0.  Distribution.
