October 3, 2023  The Logan County Board of Commissioners met in regular session with the following members present  constituting a quorum oft the members thereof:  Jerry A. Sonnenberg Joseph. A. McBride Mike Brownell Also present: Alan Samber Pam Bacon Marilee Johnson Debbie Unrein Jerry Casebolt Diana Korbe Marty Gaines JeffRice  Chairman Commissioner Commissioner  Logan County Attorney Logan County Clerk Logan County Finance Logan County EMS Logan County HR Journal Advocate  Logan County Public Information Officer  Chairman Sonnenberg called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. and opened the meeting with the Pledge of Chairman Sonnenberg asked ifthere were any revisions for the agenda. Hearing none, Chairman Sonnenberg  Allegiance.  continued with consent agenda.  The Board continued with the Consent Agenda items:  Approval oft the Minutes of the September 19, 2023, meeting.  Approval ofthe Dates for the 2024 Logan County Fair. July 25-A August 4, 2024.  Commissioner McBride moved to approve the Consent Agenda. Commissioner Brownell seconded, and the  motion carried 3-0.  Chairman Sonnenberg continued with New Business:  Chairman Sonnenberg opened a public hearing testimony phase of the meeting for the approval of an agreement between Logan County and Peetz Cooperative Telephone Company and issuance of Right of Way Permit Number 2023-12 for use ofthe County Right of Way along County Road 72 to construct fiber line. Commissioner Brownell seconded, and the motion carried 3-0. Chairman Sonnenberg opened aj public hearing testimony phase oft the meeting for the approval of the Board to sign ai title for the sale ofs salvage ofa 2019 Dodge Charger VIN 2C3CDXKI0XH582251 that was totaled in a crash. Chairman Sonnenberg seeing no public comment, closed the public hearing testimony phase. Commissioner McBride moved to allow the Chairman to sign a title for the sale of salvage ofa 2019 Dodge Charger VIN 2CCDXKIOXI58251 that was totaled in a crash. Commissioner Brownell seconded, and the  Sonnenberg seeing no public comment, closed the public hearing testimony phase.  motion carried 3-0.    Other Business Courthouse.
