February 6, 2024  Thel Logan County Board of Commissioners met in regular session with the following members present  constituting a quorum oft the members thereof:  Mike Brownell Joseph A. McBride Jerry A. Sonnenberg Also present: Alan Samber Pamela M. Bacon Debbie Unrein Jerry Casebolt Marilee Johnson Rick Cullip Jeff Rice  Chairman Commissioner Commissioner  Logan County. Attorney Logan County Clerk Logan County Finance Logan County EMS Journal Advocate  Logan County Public Information Officer Logan County Buildings and Grounds  Chairman Brownell called the meeting to order at 9:32 a.m. and opened the meeting with the Pledge of Chairman Brownell asked ifthere were any revisions for the agenda. Hearing none, Chairman Brownell  Allegiance.  continued with the Consent Agenda.  The Board continued with the Consent Agenda items:  Approval oft the Minutes ofthe January 30, 2024, meeting.  Acknowledgement of the receipt oft the Landfill Supervisor'si report for the month of] January Consideration of the approval of an application for renewal of a Hotel and Restaurant Liquor Commissioner Sonnenberg moved to approve the Consent Agenda. Commissioner McBride seconded, and the  2024.  License on behalf of Spurz Grill, Inc.  motion carried 3-0.  Chairman Brownell continued with New Business:  Commissioner McBride moved to approve a Software as a Service Agreement (SAAS) between Logan County and Tyler Technologies, Inc. for software for the Finance and Human Resources Departments, toi include Financial Management, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Budgeting, Capital Assets, Cash Management, Purchasing, Human Resources Management, Human Resources and' Talent Management, Payroll with Employee Access, Revenue Management and Accounts Receivable software. Commissioner Sonnenberg  seconded, and the motion carried 3-0.  Other Business  County Offices will be closed on Monday, February 19, 2024, in observance of Presidents' Day.  The next regular meeting will be scheduled for Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. at the Logan County  Courthouse.
