All garbage and refuse shall be depositedi in such containers as provided by County for such purposes. 5. Amusement Contractor agrees to pay to County, in cash or certified funds, a percentage ofits gross receipts from all rides, shows, and concessions (Gross Receipts) operated during the 2020Logan County Faira and in cach succeeding county fair during the term ofthis agreement. The percentage paid to County by Amusement Contractor shall be Fiftcen Percent (15%) ofthe first Forty Thousand Dollars (S40,000) of the Gross Receipts; and Twenty Five Percent (25%) of all Gross Reccipts in excess ofForty Thousand Dollars ($40,000). Amusement Contractor guarantces a minimum payment to County ofTen Thousand Dollars ($10,000) in the event the total Gross Receipts are less than Fifty Two Thousand Dollars ($52,000). At thc close of business each day, Amusement Contractor shall pay to County a percentage of the day's Gross Receipts based on the percentages set forth above.
