Chairman McBride asked ifthere were any revisions for the agenda. Commissioner Bauder moved to add December  15,2020 to the approval of Small Business Grant Checks. Commissioner Pelton seconded.  The Board continued with the Consent Agenda items:  Approval of the Minutes oft the December 1, 2020 meeting.  Acknowledge the receipt oft the Treasurer's Report for the monthly ofNovember, 2020 Acknowledge the receipt oft the Landfill Supervisor's Report for the month ofNovember, 2020. Appointment of Patrick Steward to thel Logan County Board of Adjustment for a three-year term to expire Appointment of Alma A. McArthur to the Logan County Lodging Tax Board for a two-year term to expire Appointment ofKathy Hradecky to the Logan County E-911 Authority Board for a three-year term to expire Approval ofa 60-day extension for a Temporary Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License on behalfo of Sterling  January y31,2024. The board ratified the approval of Small Business Grant checks approved at the December 8, 2020 and Commissioner Bauder moved to approve the consent agenda. Commissioner McBride seconded and the motion carried 2-0. Commissioner Pelton abstained due to being absent from the December 1, 2020 meeting.  December 15, 2020 Work Session.  Chairmen McBride continued with New Business  Commissioner Pelton moved to approve a contract for professional services between Logan County and Quantum Plus, Inc. for provision ofl Medical Director services for Logan County Ambulance Service. Commissioner Bauder Commissioner Bauder moved to approve. an application submitted by the City of Sterling for renewal oft the license and vehicle permits for Logan County. Ambulance Service. Commissioner Pelton seconded and the motion carried Commissioner Pelton moved to approve an application submitted by the Crook Fire Protection District for renewal of its Ambulance license and vehicle permits. Commissioner Bauder seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Commissioner Bauder moved to approve the Logan County Lodging Tax Board Project, Herrmann Global 2021 Marketing Campaign in the amount of $5,250. Commissioner Pelton seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Commissioner Pelton moved to approve the Logan County Lodging Tax Board Project, 2021 Logan County Visitor Center Budget in the amount of $11,800. Commissioner Bauder seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Commissioner Bauder moved to approve. Resolution 2020-43 to adopt the Logan County Budge for 2021. Commissioner Bauder moved to approve. Resolution 2020-44 to appropriate sums ofmoney for Logan County for Commissioner Pelton moved to approve Resolution 2020-45 levying general property taxes for the 2020 assessment year payable in 2021 to help defray the cost of government for Logan County, Colorado for the 2021 budget year. Commissioner Bauder: moved to approve Resolution 2020-46 to adopt the Logan County Pest Control District Budget Commissioner Bauder moved to approve. Resolution 2020-47 to appropriate sums ofmoney for the Logan County Commissioner Pelton moved to approve Resolution 2020-48 levying general property taxes for the 2020 assessment year, payable in 2021 to help defray the costs of government for thel Logan County Pest Control District for the 2021 Commissioner Bauder moved to approve. Resolution 2020-49 concerning the establishment ofe emergency Reserve in Fiscal Year 2020 in compliance with Amendment One (Tabor) and transferring appropriated funds between funds.  seconded and the motion carried 3-0.  3-0.
